1tsp garlic salt, 2 tbsps. basil, 2 tbsps. minced parsley, 6 tbsps. parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil, 4 tomatoes cut in half crosswise and allowed to drain.
Combine first 6 ingredients and spread over tomato halves in a shallow baking dish, bake at 350 for 10 minutes, serve hot.

PERSIAN CRACKLE POPPY BREAD
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup sesame seeds, 2 tbsps. non fat dry milk solids, 2 tsps. poppy seeds, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tbsps. melted butter, 2 tbsps oil.
Combine flour sesame seeds, dry milk, poppy seeds, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix eggs, honey, orange juice, butter and oil in a small bowl. Mix eggs, honey, orange juice, butter and oil in a small bowl., Stir egg mixture into flour mixture just until mixed. Spoon batter into greased 8" x 4" loaf pan. Bake on center rack in 350 oven 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Good with orange flavored whipped cream cheese.
